A £5m conversion of a Mayfair property that was originally a single dwelling that had been strengthened and converted to offices in the 1980’s to residential use. Great care was taken in selecting a traditional builder with experienced staff willing to personally commit to achieving the level of quality demanded of a Mayfair residential scheme. With the benefit of a traditional contract, we were able to accommodate significant changes including the combination of the lower four floors from two maisonettes to a single maisonette whilst controlling both time and cost.
